1. Acceptance and nature of the app

By using MIHENKAYNAK, you accept these terms. The app is an entertainment and simulation game. Prices, market movement, and jewellery mechanics are fictional and are not financial, investment, or professional advice.

2. In-game value and advertising

In-game cash and assets have no real-money value. The iOS app offers a one-time Premium purchase that removes all ads and lets you claim rewards without watching ads. Existing daily limits and cooldowns still apply. The price is shown in Apple's purchase sheet. Premium is not a subscription. Non-Premium players may see optional rewarded ads and an interstitial when a new game week opens. Apple processes payments and refund requests. Refunded or revoked purchases lose Premium access. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account in Market > Special Packages.

3. Local saves

Progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app, changing device, or clearing local storage may erase it. This release does not promise cloud saves. Premium ownership is separate from game progress; restoring it with the same Apple Account does not restore your game save.

4. Intellectual property and service changes

The app name, logo, visual design, and content belong to Nostoscomp. The app may be updated for bugs, security, balance, and platform requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” without a promise of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The developer is not responsible for progress loss caused by device changes, deletion, cleared local storage, or interruption of a third-party advertising service. Nothing here removes consumer rights that applicable law does not allow a contract to limit.
